U današnje vrijeme su sve veći zahtjevi potrošača u pogledu udobnosti odjeće i funkcionalnih svojstava, a među njima su i zahtjevi za antimikrobnim svojstvima koji su veoma strogi, kada se radi o odjeći koja se koristi u medicini i sportu. Sportisti su u toku obavljanja svojih aktivnosti izloženi velikom opterećenju, što za posljedicu ima izlučivanje znatnih količina znoja koji je neophodan za toplotnu regulaciju tijela. U okviru projekta će se razvijati metode bojenja i štampe tekstilnih materijala alginatnom pastom i ekstraktima ljekovitih biljaka, uz dodatak modifikovanih bentonita i fazno promjenljivih materijala (PCMs). U naučno-stručnoj literaturi mogu se naći podaci o fizičko-hemijskim, nutritivnim, senzornim i biološkim svojstvima (antioksidativnim i antimikrobnim) bijelih vina proizvedenih uobičajenim tehnološkim postupkom.
