Currently, there are 784 professors and associates fully employed at University of Banja Luka.  In the academic process there are 459 external professors and associates engaged, out of which 170 are engaged in part-time job, 168 are visiting professors from abroad and 121 senior associates for the needs of clinical practice. 

The current number of participants in the academic process is 1.243, while administrative and technical support is performed by 35 professional associates and 47 laboratory workers , as well as by 476 workers in administration.
