Cilj projekta K-FORCE je da se poboljša regionalna otpornost na hazarde i mogućnosti za regionalnu saradnju u prevenciji rizika i odziva i da se obezbjede nacionalni profesionalni resursi i regionalni kapaciteti u cilju da se ustanovi regionalna spremnost na pojavu katastrofe, odnosno da se razvije kultura sigurnosti i otpornosti na svim nivoima u skladu sa strategijama EU integracija i relevantnim nacionalnim strategijama.
