Optimization of Construction of Underground Production Systems
No data
The basic aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the basic processes and procedures that must be done when optimizing and planning the underground mines.
Practical knowledge of the student that he / she can successfully plan the operation of the mine, as well as optimize the construction of the underground production system (underground) at a certain point with the possibility of evaluation the costs during exploitation. Adoption of the procedure for optimization and planning of the underground production systems with the each of the operations and activities.
Introduction: Methods for optimizing the underground production system (underground): The methods of variants, mathematical-analytical methods, and operational research methods.Methodology for determining of the optimal parameters of the excavation field and excavation. Choice of the parameters for optimization of underground production system. Optimization of production (by shift, monthly and yearly) of the underground production system. Optimization of the shape and dimensions of the excavation field. Choosing the best mode and location to open the underground mine. Analytical determination of the location of the openings according to the minimum transport operation. The optimal opening location influence on the parameters of exploitation of the excavation fields. The methodological approach to choice of the location and optimal dimensions of the excavation field and stopes during the mechanized excavation. Analysis of the existing methodologies for choice of the rational parameters of the excavation field, methodological setting and calculation of the various influencing factors and proposal of methodological procedure. Analysis of existing methodologies for choice of a rational stope length, determining the optimal excavation length by economic factor. from the aspect of techno - economic criteria. Forming of the economic - mathematical model through analysis of the production costs at the stope and in the excavation field.
