Prerequisite for course attending: Structural engineering 3 (completed course)
Prerequisite for taking the exam: Structural engineering 3 (passed exam)

Acquiring basic knowledge about the calculation, design and construction rules of structural elements of reinforced concrete structures.
Upon completion of the course, the student acquires the knowledge of designing simpler reinforced concrete structural systems for different types of loads, in terms of determining the ultimate limit state and ultimate serviceability state. The student acquires competencies for drafting reinforcement of simpler constructions.
Lectures, auditory and practical exercises. The student independently creates a semester assignment with consultations.

During the semester, the student has the opportunity to take two tests that take 25 points each. If a student does not pass one of the test, he / she must take both integrally in terms of regular exam deadlines.
