Learning objectives

The goal is to get acquainted with the primary functional logic of designing healthcare facilities. By getting to know each other
with many practices in the world, the student gets a global picture of the desirable values and position of our health sector in relation to modern trends.

Learning outcomes

The student acquires knowledge about designing health facilities. He is familiar with complex software
technical characteristics of hospitals and is able to independently apply knowledge in this area.

Course contents

Students are presented with modern functional and technological achievements, with an emphasis on theirs
applicability in relation to the specifics of our region. The task is for the student to understand the typical functional organization of health facilities and to master specific functional-technological connections in specific zones of health facilities through two graphic works. The exam in the form of a test is designed so that the student on the exam should prove that during the lecture he understood and improved specific knowledge in the field of health facilities design.
