Learning objectives

Acquiring basic and applied knowledge in the field of digital image processing and mastering image operations using Matlab software.

Teaching Methods

Teaching is conducted through lectures (presentations on the computer) during which students are introduced to the theoretical foundations of digital image processing. Lectures are followed by exercises in the computer classroom, where students use mathematical software (Matlab) to get better acquainted with different algorithms for digital image processing.
